Administrative assistants and secretaries are those persons who assist the top officials of a company. A secretary is someone whose job is strictly clerical. A secretary must-do tasks like typing, copying, dictating, attending to phone calls, and fixing appointments. An administrative assistant has more duties than a secretary. They can make independent decisions and independent judgments.
