You can decide if your friend is a true friend if you understand the sign of true friendship. Today, people are making friends purposely because of their personal gain. One of the signs of true friendship is love. Love is always the foundation onto which true friendship must be built. Your friend should be able to love you unconditionally. If you notice your friend is only getting close to you because of the things he/she is getting from you, and runs away when the challenges of life visit you, you should be accurately informed that he/she is not a true friend.

You can decide if your friend is a true friend if you understand the sign of true friendship.
Another thing is that, a true friend will not lie to you. Trust is a principal tool in friendship, and the individuals in friendship should be ready to trust one another. However, if you notice your friend is constantly lying to you, you should know he's not a true friend. Another sign is that; a true friend will be ready to make some sacrifices unconditionally.

At first, when you first meet and get to know your friend, it is difficult to judge whether this friend is a true friend. Not all friends are real friends. They may be friends because of convenience, or they need someone to talk to. However, there are specific qualifications or signs to know if your friend is genuinely a true friend.

The friend should have your back no matter what. They should defend and be there for you no matter what the situation is. They must also make time for you. If they are busy, they should find time for you. Then they should also be willing to accept your faults and issues that you may have. Also, they should accept your family too.
