There is no big difference between Albacore and Tuna. Albacore is just a type of out of like seven species of Tuna. Albacore is a large marine fish with edible flesh, and it is also known as white meat because it is the only one out of many species of tuna that has the real white meat. Albacore is very popular and it is easy to get in the market.

Most times, albacores are caught together with yellowfins. The differences between albacore and tuna will be discussed in relation to other species of tuna. Albacore is very expensive compared to other types of tuna. It doesn't have a fishy taste like other types of tuna. The fat content of albacore is very much higher than the other types of tuna. It also has higher calories compared to other types of tuna. Finally, albacore is just a specie of tuna.
