What is the difference between International Relations and Foreign Policy?

International relations and foreign policy may look so much alike in terms of what they are meant to achieve. Since there is an existence of a mutual relationship between different countries of the world, there's a need for each nation to have an excellent study of international relations and develop good foreign policy. International relations and foreign policy are not the same.
