Discipline and Punishment are two essential factors needed by any society which craves to experience peace and sanity. It is in Human's nature to be willing to disobey some existing rules and regulations, and that is where Punishment comes in to check the excesses of some people and bring them to order. Discipline can be used in a lot of ways. Discipline means the process of training someone; students to impart knowledge onto them. There are so many ways through which a man can undergo one discipline or the other, some happen consciously while some happen unconsciously.
