Leadership involves the ability of an individual to influence, motivate, and enable others to contribute toward the effectiveness and successes of the administrations of which they are members. Management encompasses directing and controlling a group of one or more people to coordinate and harmonize that group toward accomplishing a goal.
A leader inspires, excites, motivates, and will focus others on solving problems and excel. Management creates strategies, policies, and methods to develop teams and ideas which will combine and operate smoothly. Leaders motivate with their hearts; Managers with their heads.
