Cocaine and heroin are both addictive drugs but are different substances. A major difference between the two is that cocaine often can cause death to an individual due to cardiotoxicity while heroin can cause respiratory depression that will lead to death. There is an antidote for heroin when a person had an overdose of this drug meanwhile cocaine does not have.

Cocaine is a stimulant drug, people tend to be more active and energetic than usual when they take this drug. Heroin, on the other hand, is a suppressant drug, where people might lose their appetite or tend to be sleepy when they are under the influence of this drug. But it is important to know that these drugs are illegal to use in most countries and are very lethal.
