Hotel and Inn are both the same in terms of what they are meant for. Hotels and inns are buildings where travelers and anybody who wants a private life can settle in for the first time. Hotels and inns are more like a second home to many people. However, hotels differ significantly from Inn in such ways. If you look at the way hotels are constructed and the architectural design of most hotels, you can't compare them with inns. Hotels are usually built very big and beautiful.

Inns, on the other hand, are smaller buildings purposely built for travelers to lodge in, in case of any incidence on the road. They are most times located in rural places, particularly along with primary high ways. They are not as big as hotels, inns might not have up to 10 rooms, but hotels are constructed in such a way that they house hundreds of rooms. Another difference is the kind of service of both hotels and inns offered. Hotels offer a lot of functions, whereas inns offer fewer services
