Besides water and coffee, many people like to drink tea. It used to be where there were only two kinds of tea to drink, iced tea or hot tea. However, now you can make a tea that has some nutritional value to it. These are called black tea and green tea.

However, they do have some similarities based on where they come from. Both black tea and green tea can be made from the camelia plant. To make green tea, you can either heat and steam the leaves of the plant, or you can fire it in a pan. For black tea, you can crush and dry the leaves. In most cases, black tea has more caffeine in it than green tea, but not always.
