What is the difference between Canon EOS 50d and 500d?

Even though many people use their mobile phones to take pictures because of convenience and ease, however, some people still like to use a camera because it would make better pictures and provide more features especially if you are a serious photographer. There are two similar kinds of cameras from Canon.

One is the Canon 50d, and the other is the Canon 500d. The Canon 50d came out first in 2008, and the 500d came out the next year. You may not take a video using the Canon 50d, but you can make videos with the 500d. The 50d Canon camera has a weather-sealed body, and it seems that the Canon 500d camera does not.
