I tend to get up in the morning between 8 am, and 10 am. Breakfast is my favorite meal of the day, so I prefer to get up before it's too late to eat it. I generally get anywhere from 8-10 hours of sleep every night. I take melatonin to regulate my circadian rhythm, which helps me to wake up pretty much at the same time each day.
It makes my sleep more useful. Also, I always sleep on the left side of my bed. This position leaves room for my precious cat to sleep on the other side. I usually awaken to the sound of him meowing for my attention.
I wake up every weekday morning between the times of 6 am to 7:30 am. The specific time can depend on the time that my one year old wakes up. Some mornings, she sleeps in later, and then other mornings she is up before my husband leaves for work.
Either way, I have to be up by 7:30. This gives me time to get myself together before my workday. Then, I have to make my daughter and me both breakfast. From there, I get my work from home station setup before my 9 am shift starts. On the weekends, I normally sleep in a little later and may not wake up until 8 am.
