Around June, varying time zones on the northern hemisphere welcome the emergence of summer as the sun reaches its peak in the northernmost position in the sky. Northern European countries such as Denmark, Sweden, Norway, and Finland, celebrate the emergence of the summer solstice by then. The southern hemisphere, on the other hand, celebrates the emergence of the summer solstice around December.

People from different parts of the world celebrate summer solstice. especially in northern Europe such as Sweden, Denmark, Norway, Finland, Estonia, Latvia, Lithuania and many other parts of Europe. People celebrate renewal, life, fertility, and the potential for a good harvest on the summer solstice.
