Many people still do not know that, cool and Cold are two different words. Although, both words are mostly being used to determine and to state the exact weather condition of a place or region, but the fact still remains that they are not totally the same thing. Cold is a term or a word which can be used to describe the weather condition of a place with a low temperature. If a particular geographical location is experiencing low temperature, it equally translates to the fact, the temperature of the area is gradually approaching freezing point.
Example is a type of weather condition usually experienced by people in some parts of the world during winter. Cool on the other hand, is a word used to describe the weather condition of a particular geographical location which seems friendly, friendly in the sense that the temperature is not too high or too low. When you have a moderate kind of weather condition in your place, cool can be the best word to describe it.
A lot of people may change cool and cold interchangeably but these two things are different from each other. Cool means that the temperature is somewhat low. Some people would use this term to describe the weather or if there is a drop in the current temperature. This can also be used to describe moderate and comfortable temperatures.
When you use the term cold, this means that the current temperature is beyond the comfortable range. Some may even use this to show that the temperature is already beyond the freezing point. It can be confusing to use these terms but the more that you know, the better that you would be able to use these terms properly.
