The states that do not celebrate Juneteenth are the following: Montana, Hawaii, New Hampshire, North Dakota, and South Dakota. When the other states celebrate Juneteenth, they usually serve food that the Africans brought to America. Some examples of the food items are salted pork and corn.

There are also some people who serve molasses, salted legumes, sweet potatoes, and so much more. People who would like to celebrate this holiday the best way possible would need to go to Minneapolis. They really make it a point to make the celebration of Juneteenth special there.
