A lot of people cannot imagine that they would not be doing yoga. This is something that they have done for quite a long time and it has helped them with their moods, the way that they move, and the way that they think. Power yoga is also similar to traditional yoga but based on its name, you can tell that this is considered to be more intense.
The focus on power yoga is making sure that the person can become stronger. You are required to do different positions in yoga that are considered to be complicated whereas, in traditional yoga, you would be meditating and sometimes chanting to connect more with your spirit.
