References refer to the citation of books and authors and probably pages within the lines of a write-up, article, project, or others. However, bibliography refers to the compilation of the citations and references made in a write-up. The bibliography is always written together, while references are written within the pages as demanded. References are short citations about quotations made from another author's book, such as the book and year of publication.
The bibliography contains comprehensive details of the referenced material, which include the full name of the author, book title, year of publication, and publisher's details. References point you to a particular quotation, while the bibliography points you to a whole published book. References are included in the text directly, whereas a bibliography is not included within the text but usually at the end of the whole write-up after the conclusion. References usually dominate the literature review part of a project. References can be arranged numerically or alphabetically in a write-up, while the bibliography is usually arranged alphabetically.
