Although many similarities have been noted between Buddhism and Jainism, there are some differences between these religions. Buddhism is a religion that focuses on the life and the teachings of Gautama Buddha. Buddhism does not believe in the existence of the soul in non-living creatures like Jainism. This religion references the noble eightfold path. Jainism is a religion that focuses on the life and the teachings of Mahavira.

This religion does not believe that karma is as a result of a person’s actions. Jainism believes in the existence of soul in living and non-living things. It also believes that the soul continues even after Nirvana. This religion references and emphasises Triratna.

There are instances when there can be so many religions in the world that it can already be confusing to take note of each one that you see. Buddhism is the type of religion that states there are many questions that are irrelevant and will be unimportant because people are supposed to be doing some actions.

This is somewhat similar to Judaism but the main difference in Judaism is the fact that they still believe in God. In Buddhism, they always believe that they should know how to take action for the betterment of their lives and the lives of others. In Judaism, they follow the image and likeness of God in doing good for other people.
