A lot of people assume that Greek and Roman mythology are the same. While they have some similarities, there are still some differences that will allow you to distinguish which one you are looking at. Zeus is known to be a Greek god while Jupiter is a Roman God.

Zeus and Jupiter are both powerful gods of the Greek and Roman respectively. One funny thing about their story is that, people tend to have different versions of what exactly these two gods are, some people will even go as far as saying the two gods are the same. But whatever their true story is, both gods were very powerful, they can also be regarded as fathers of other gods.

Both Zeus and Jupiter became so powerful after the death of their fathers who were also rulers. Zeus succeeded his father, Cronus, while Jupiter succeeded his father, Saturn Like I said before, Zeus is a powerful god in Greek, while Jupiter is a powerful god in Roman.
