Brown rice and Quinoa are both used as substitutes to white rice that some people cannot live without. Brown rice comes with 22 grams of carbohydrates while Quinoa comes with 20 grams of carbohydrates. Quinoa comes with more dietary fiber, which makes it the usual choice of people who would like to get more nutrients from the food that they eat.
