There are some people who may think that drama and melodrama are the same, but these are two different things. Drama is actually a vague word because it can be used in different situations. You can use the term when you are describing the genre of a movie that you are going to watch or you may also use the term to describe what is happening to someone else’s life.

Drama is an ancient word which connotes the representation of an idea through the use of dialogue and action. It is a simple act of presenting a storyline with the activities of many actors and actresses to fit into a particular character and convey the necessary information to people or viewers.
