I can't positively say for sure that any of the allegations thrown against Dershowitz regarding being a sexual crime is true. It is quite pathetic because Dershowitz has so much to lose by submitting to the discovery process if there is even an atom of truth in what Taylor has said. Dershowitz has so much burden already being a popular public figure but being called a sexual criminal is defamatory if it is not valid, so, the case is conceptually possible. What if—just what if—Dershowitz has any true relationship with Epstein. What if he was at the parties?? At this point, the specifics of these depositions are going to be very important.
There are two women directly claiming that Epstein directed them to have sex with Dershowitz, who, for his part, has called it a false fabrication by David Boies (and, I guess, now Taylor Claude??). I have no idea about any of this being true, though; they are just speculations. Something weird is going to happen though: these depositions are going to bump against an attorney-client privilege if Epstein sent a legal child to sex with Dershowitz. I'd be surprised if Dershowitz sued for that reason and it is not impossible since his reputation comes to play here. It's not like he even as any reputation left considering how he put himself at a disadvantage by carrying water for Trump.
