What is the difference between Classical and Acoustic Guitar?

Guitar is a great and sweet musical instrument. Some guitars are acoustic while some are classical. The two can look very the same but their sounds will clearly show the difference. Acoustic guitars are guitar that can be played without necessarily being connected to the electricity. The sound produced is called acoustic. The first difference between classical guitar and acoustic guitar is their varying sizes.

Classical guitars are often smaller than their corresponding acoustic guitars. Another notable difference between the two is the type of strings they use, one uses Nylon strings while the other uses steel strings. Acoustic guitars use steel strings and because of this, they are often referred to as steel strings guitars, while classical guitars use nylon strings and they are also referred to as nylon strings guitars. They type of strings used by the two tells a lot about the nature of sounds they produce.
