The 60 watts and 85 watts may refer to the MacBook charger that people may use. The watts will determine the amount of power that they can deliver to the Macbook. The 85 watts charger will deliver 25% more power which means that your laptop can be charged faster as compared to the 60 watts charger. Just remember that you are not allowed to charge a laptop that required an 85 watts charger with a 60 watts charger.
