Unless the baby is suffering from another medical issue whether it comes with the Down Syndrome or not, the babies will probably cry the same amount as any other baby. It seems that almost all babies cry a lot. However, those that are afflicted with pain due to a medical issue will most likely cry more.
For instance, if the baby has colic and has Down Syndrome, the baby will cry more, but it won’t be because he has Down Syndrome but because he has colic. Also, babies with Down Syndrome are at risk of acquiring other health problems including hearing loss, sleep apnea, eye diseases, leukemia, and ear infections. However, these may not take place while they are babies.
