What are the proposed tenets of the Blogger's Code of Conduct?

Tim O’Reilly is a media critic who came up and tries to enforce the Blogger’s code of Conduct set for those who are frequent online writers especially for blogs. Just like movies are watched and monitored by those who want to see them, many people believe that blogs should be monitored as well. There are certain proposed tenets of the Blogger’s Code of Conduct that should be included.

These are to take responsibility for what you write and comment. You may want to eliminate those comments that are anonymous. Don’t’ play to the trolls that are online. Also, you shouldn’t write something online that you would not say to someone in person. Talk to those people who you know personally are making inappropriate comments online.
