What is a reverse blog?

A reverse blog may seem like it is the opposite of a regular blog. When someone writes a blog, they will write their own posts and comments about their topic. They write so that others will read it and learn from it. However, a reverse blog encourages others to write on this blog that is not their own.

It seems that they want the comments of others about the topic and provides their own blog as a tool or place where to house those comments. Usually this type of blog is used for topics that are controversial or those topics that are very popular. It seems that there is no blogger really for this site. Instead, everyone else is the author of this blog.
