What are blogs?

Blogs are found on the Internet. These are websites that are designed for individual people to display their knowledge or feelings or information about certain topics. Usually a blog will contain one topic. It usually does not contain specific academic information. Many students do not use blogs for their research. This is because usually the blogs are not written by experts.

There are certain types of blogs. There are personal blogs, collaborative blogs, microblogging, corporate and organizational blogs and aggregated blogs. There is a difference between a blog and a website. Usually there is a lot more information and pages on a website than a blog. The blog is simply to allow people to write and comment about certain topics.
