While history is the study of the events and people of the past and the dates, times, and facts that took place, archaeology is the finding of things from the past. Sometimes things that are found back up history and sometimes thay add new pages to history that we didn't know before.

While history is the study of the events and people of the past and the dates, times, and facts
Both have to do with the past but one is just recordings and written accounts and verbalization of the past while the other is actual materialize things of the past and even mumified people and animals. The two are similar but certainly are not the same thing. Some love finding about about the past thrugh history and some love archaeology. Some love both.
