Each biome in the world has similarities based on the plants and animals that live in them. They may also have the same climate and weather. Sometimes, the biome covers a large area of land. Throughout history, many different biomes were added. The first group of biomes were the tundra, taiga, deciduous forest, grasslands, desert, high plateaus, tropical forest, terrestrial and marine.
Depending on where you live, that would depend on the biome. For example, the temperate deciduous can be found in the eastern and mid section of the United States. It can also be found in Europe and Asian areas. The deciduous forest biome has moderate temperature and the animals include the black bear, fox, raccoon, cardinal and brown bear.
