Driving down to Knowledge town
Germany is more advanced than the USA in some things. One thing is that mental diseases and rehabilitative care are quite a bit more advanced in Germany. Medicine in general, or alternative medicines, are more advanced in Germany, mostly due to the US wanting to protect the profits of Big Pharma.
The US spends more on the military but Germany's may still be better. Germany has always been very advanced in such things as making watches and jewelry. The two may tie when it comes to technology.
