What are the disadvantages of ethernet?

Ethernet is great. It is reliable and fast. It is also secure. But, it has some definite disadvantages. One is that it takes a wire, a cord. It isn't as easy to transport as wireless devices. It also requires hooking up to an Ethernet service rather than the wifi that is usually ready in the air.
