The early life of Kodak Black was not so good. In fact, it was rough. He grew up in Pompano Beach, Florida in the projects, being raised by his mother only. He got into lots of trouble like breaking and entering and got into a lot of fights too. But, he also got into rapping.
He used to study words so he would know more of them to use in his rap songs. He knew his choice for a career would be selling drugs or rapping. He chose to rap and it's been working out really well for him. His story goes to show that even the less fortunate still have choices and they can make good ones if they set their mind to it.
The early life of Kodak Black explains his erratic behaviour and the way he invites punishment by breaking the law. Guns, drugs and child neglect are what he has always known for, and exclusion from school has been his experience.
This means he has lacked the education for developing his talents and increasing his knowledge as well as for acquiring basic life skills like how to be honest, reliable and sociable. It is a shame because in his teens he did work hard to learn how to become a rapper.
