Is Bahrain safe to visit?

Travelling to Bahrain is one of the nicest decisions anybody can make, the country is known for it's petroleum driven economy and is filled with a lot of opportunities, you will definitely have to do in Bahrain. But while travelling to Bahrain, you should know how safe the country is. Actually in Bahrain, the crime rate is very low and you fear little about being attacked as a foreigner.

But it does not mean the country is totally safe and completely free of crimes. There are cases of pick-pocketing in the country, as a foreigner, you are more prone to this because you are new to the country and therefore you should be very careful with your belongings. Terrorism risk is something to be noted. There are cases of attempted attacks by terrorists in some parts of the country. Also, sexual harassment is not really common in Bahrain once you can dress decently.
