Since Kessler syndrome is due to the activities of man in the space. And it will only be avoided when we take caution about some things. Kessler syndrome is all about the increasing density of objects in the Low Earth orbit which can result to cascade when two objects collide with each other. The collided objects split into pieces and in turn increases the likelihood of more collisions.
This can be avoided when we stop unnecessary launching of satellites into the space, because with the rate of existing space debris, there is every possibility that any reckless attempt to launch more satellites into the space can cause a creation of more space debris. Another way Kessler syndrome can be avoided is through the removal of existing debris in the space.
There are a lot of techniques to go about that. Most of those methods have to do with the collection of those particles and drag them into the earth to bur.
