Space debris refers to any suspended particles, object in the space. Space debris can also be called space garbage, Space junk and many other names. The issue of space debris orbiting Earth is gradually turning into something that should be checked. There are millions of suspended tiny particles and objects in the space. Those particles are from dead satellites and other things which had been launched into the space.

The rate at which those pieces of debris are orbiting Earth, I'm afraid that would be a time that launching new satellites will be a very difficult thing to do. Space debris, no matter how small or big it is, is capable of causing destruction of spacecraft. The reason is that those tiny particles are too small that they cannot be touched and detecting them by any means is a real problem, unlike big space debris which can be detected.

If these particles continue to increase in size in the space, it might lead to an increasing rate of spacecraft destruction.
