The correct answer to this question is Joffrey. This character is taken from the book and television show The Game of Thrones. The full name of his character is Joffrey Baratheon. He is the son of Cersei Lannister. At the tender age of 12 years old, Joffrey takes the throne. In the television adaption of the show, Joffrey is portrayed by Jack Gleeson.

Joffrey is such a complex role to play that Gleeson received much critical acclaim for his portrayal of the character. In the books, he is a background character, which means that characters witness him through the other characters' point of view. However, in the television show, viewers witness his story through his point of view.
