Is there gender gap in California?

A few people say that there is a gender gap in California and that just might be true. In fact, there are now proposals to fund the closing of the gender gap where men make considerably more money than men do. This would be very helpful to the cause. There are now 13 stand up companies that will be pledging to not be part of the problem but to, instead, be a part of the solutions.

Apple, ATT, AirBnb and others are joining forces to make sure women are able to earn as much as men, especially when doing the exact same job. Yes, you might say there is a huge gender gap in California but it is certainly not limited to California. It is widespread throughout the United States and all over the world actually.
