Is poverty a hindrance to success?

Poverty can be a hinderance to success but it can be the very thing that motivates a person to succeed too. It all depends upon the attitude of the person. Some who have lived a rough life make a decision to do whatever it takes to make a better life for themselves. It isn't easy because to make money usually takes money.

But, not always. There are scholarships and grants if the person wants to take the way of higher education in order to better their future or there is the possibility of working one's way up in a company, from being the janitor to becoming the CEO.

There is no limit to what a person can do when they set their mind to it. Yes, it is more difficult for those in poverty to rise above but certainly it is not impossible.
