Why are few people rich and few poor?

I always ask myself this question, why are some people rich and some people poor? Could it be natural, or is the inequality created so that there would a difference between the poor and the rich, or so that we would have a balanced world. Later I realized everybody cannot be rich lest there would be problem. Nobody will want to be on farm, nobody will want to be under someone else. So, I found out reasons why there are so much inequality.

The first thing I observed about rich people is that, they like taking risks and out of their actions, they finally hit jackpot one day. Poor people do not like to be taking risks, they don't want to lose their money.

Another thing is that, rich people are good readers, if you want to be rich you need to read about things that pertain to the business you are into. Poor people only start their business and leave it at the mercy of luck. Rich people usually leverage or take advantage of situations that will earn them a lot.
