Is Mexico the most crime-ridden country in the world?

Mexico is definitely not the most crime ridden country in the whole world. While Mexico is filled with all kinds of criminal activities, there are other countries like Syria, Pakistan who can be regarded higher than Mexico as the most crime ridden countries in the world. This is not to say criminal activities in Mexico is at lowest level. Crime is indeed a primary concern for Mexico.
