Venezuela was sabotaged by the Middle East, and it's not the first time. Although it is often kept under wraps, it is something that has just been almost accepted but swept under the carpet because of the enormous implications it could and would have if it became a war. The Middle East is for sure, bullying Venezuela, in my opinion. They are highly competitive, and many things take place that is oil related.
For one, the oil-rich country was recently hit by a very devastating power cut which affected many parts of their country, especially the capital and they are still affected. While it wasn't made to know just everywhere, it was an obvious hit. No doubt, The Middle East wants to keep them in line. It's all done without officially going to war though.
