Is Brunei on the human rights watch for its laws?

A lot of countries have a problem with the Sharia law in the nation and feel it is out of hand. They are being watched for cruel and unusual punishment because they still believe in death as a result of the law which not all the countries implement now so even countries that have Sharia law are watching them for human right violations.

They don't seem to e bothered by that though because they keep on with it.
