Is it true that Dubai residents don't have a good work- life balance?

This statement is not true. The residents of Dubai have a great work-life balance. Unlike most other cities around the world, Dubai has better equal rights for the men and women of Dubai. Women are able to work and paid the same wage that men are paid.

Along with that, Dubai does not collect taxes, so the residents are taking home more money. As they have more money, the people of Dubai are able to enjoy the leisure of life. Even though certain areas have strict rules, such as not allowing alcohol, people are able to enjoy Dubai because they are happier at work and not stressed about it.

Dubai residents do have an excellent work life. It is undoubtedly the best place to live and to work in the entire country. It is a bit more liberal and free than most other sites in the land. Even women make fair wages there, which is not typical for the area. They are treated as equals or more so than other areas in the UAE. It is a place that is successful and thriving, and that is projected in their work environment. The residences don't even have to pay taxes to the authorities, and they know that is a huge benefit.

Many come from near and far to work there. It is no wonder why, because the conditions are very good and it makes everyone want to go there to work. Dubai takes care of their workers because they need them to be there. The economy is alive in the town, and residences feel the spirit that abounds as they appreciate how fortunate they are to be living and working in a place that is far more advanced than the rest of their country is.
