The answer to the question depends on what is meant by being "the best". The United States has "the best" vaccination programs. A 2009 report revealed that the US held the record for having the most mandated vaccines for kids under the age of 5. In fact, it was more than double the average of most Western World countries.
The US also had the highest rate of autiistic children,10 times more than the rest of the world as 1 in 110 children are autistic in the US. So, the US has the most vaccines. In my personal opinion, the country with the best are the ones who hardly use them at all and have little autism as well.
In the United States, diseases that were once commonplace in our society have been eradicated through vaccines that say so many children in her own country. There is no question that the United States has the best vaccination programs. Some vaccines are given routinely throughout a person’s life, while some are given only once during someone’s childhood. Canada is another place that is good with vaccines. It offers free healthcare, but it does not legally require citizens to vaccinate; however, many parents in this country do so anyway.
This is because most of the schools in Canada will need vaccinations for students to be in the program. Also, schools and local clinics have vaccines available at reasonable prices. It is because of that Canada does not have many outbreaks of easily preventable diseases or conditions. Some places in Canada even have free vaccines because of the free healthcare system provided.
