I don't think it is a natural thing for every lawyer to be a liar or good at lying and it is not that their profession made them to be one. Although there might be possibility that a lawyer has the tendency of lying too much, while this might be as a result of many things like individual background and past life, we shouldn't generalize this to every lawyer.

I understand the nature and the attitude of most lawyers trying to bend into every available options just to make things work in favor of their clients. Part of lawyer's works particularly is to ensure victory for his or her clients in the court of law. They try as much as possible to turn the truth in favor of their clients.

I think a better understanding about the nature of law as a profession will help correct notions that lawyers are very good at lying, after all lying is not something peculiar to lawyers, and everybody does lie.
