Does Wikileaks co-operate with intelligence agencies over the world?

Wikileaks, a whistle-blowing platform has been known for its frequent leaks about the US intelligence. The two have never been on the same path. Wikileaks has always described itself as an open intelligence agency for anybody with verified information.

They love cooperating with intelligence gathering body, this is because that is exactly where they get most of their information. Their intelligence most times has always been from insider. There are a lot of classified information of US intelligence that have been leaked by wikileaks, most of which how they got to wikileaks is yet to be known.

Wikileaks promised to cooperate with CIA after leaking the move by CIA to have access to the activities of every US citizen on their electronics like computer, Android and iPhones. Also wikileaks cooperated with Russia intelligence in 2016 by receiving mails of the official of Democratic Party from Russia intelligence.
