Men earn more money than their female counterparts of the same educational qualifications in Canada. This is an actual fact about the 'pay gap' which exists among men and women of the same qualifications and this has nothing to with whether they are employed at the same time or not .
In one of the researches conducted, it was found that males with college diplomas or undergraduate degrees were receiving were having more earnings than females of the same qualification in each year. Also, for example a man who completed a bachelor's degree earns an average income of $47,200 while a woman with a bachelor's degree earns at an average rate of $41,600, and this resulting to a total difference of $5,600.
