Canada is, for sure, a developed country. It is the eleventh most developed country reportedly. It has a thriving economy, a legal and legislative system in tact and has everything else that would qualify it to be a developed country. It has a ton of resources, natural and otherwise and the banks in Canada are sound too.
There are wide open spaces and big cities too so people can have their pick. In addition, the government doesn't have much debt. Another big plus is that big businesses don't have as much influence over the government as they do in some places, like the United States. Canada is a developed country and has developed quite, nicely, as a matter of fact. Some other developed countries might should learn a thing or two from Canada.
