To clone a person will no doubt cost a pretty penny. Zavos, the official estimator, fully believes that the total cost of cloning a human being would be in the neighborhood of at least $50,000 or more. The price might drop eventually like the price of computers have as it gets more common and everyone is taking part. Then it might be around and maybe as cheap as $10,000. There will be things to consider like how far one has to travel in order to have it done and such.

Some estimate the cost to be much higher such as the cost of a house, ranging at least $200,000 for the low end and going all the way up to 2 million and more. The good thing about if it is high priced is that not so many people will do it because if they do, that could be frightening because the more people that get involved in any given thing, the greater the chances are of someone messing it all up.
