People should not be cloned. That idea actually goes directly back to Hitler and how he wanted the world to be. People are best left to be individuals, free to look and act like they truly are, not put into a box and given looks by some powers that be. The majority consensus is that no, cloning should never be allowed for the same reasons mentioned above. Individuality is precious. But, will it be allowed in the future? Sure. It basically is in the beginning stages.
That is very scary and very sad as well. Hitler wanted his blonde haired, blue eyed babies to grow up and take over the world. Now, even if it is for reasons of perfect health, the cloning is well on its way. Parents will be able to choose the sex and looks of their babies. Will they choose a black and Oriental mix? Doubtfully. So what will happen to that mixed race? It is a wonderful mix but the world will miss out on it by sifting it out for a more popular choice.
